(I-10) A foreign 5-year-old patient complains of vomiting and weakness. The mother says that the boy ate under ripe ackee fruit (the national fruit of Jamaica).  It contains a toxin that inhibits Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase; consequently, one of the metabolic disturbances that you can find in this boy is:
